I prefer a native English speaking writer since this is an American business simulation. It would just make it easier to understand the project and requirements.

There are two parts and both need to be written. See attached Guidelines and Rubric for specific instructions.

The second part asks for my experience. I'll explain it briefly. It was very difficult using the CAPSIM program. I struggled with it and by the results, obvious;u didn't run a very successful company. Communication is not as easy in the simulation as it has been in real life experience. Maybe because I'm an older student that already has some business experience, this was more difficult.

This is one of my last classes so I really want to finish with an excellent final project.
