The leadership of Thomas Jefferson

            Good headship significantly influences the achievement of an organization. It is through a leadership framework that employees seek inspiration, guidance, and effort in functioning towards a common aim for an organization. A servant leader is a distinctive leader who has a great influence on an individual's routine and performance. Additionally, a servant leader is more of a natural-born leader who places other people's concerns before self. Moreover, servant leadership is different from traditional leadership which normally entails the buildup and exercise of power and control by an individual at the top. A servant leader always distributes power and assists individuals to achieve higher goals within an institute locale and beyond. Also, a servant leader symbolizes a crucial step towards matching the wants of the leaders and servants as they pursue the path of realizing the organizational goals. This paper reflects on the leadership method of Thomas Jefferson based on the servant headship form and also analyzes the effectiveness of the servant headship model in today’s leadership.
