Overview: The children in the early childhood classroom require the utmost care to ensure the teacher shapes their behavior. However, the motive to mold them into respectable adults faces a lot of setbacks. I have encountered numerous difficulties dealing with such children in my current employment. I have to spend a lot of time on challenging behavior in addition to teaching children.
The age I deal with is very critical in the lives of the children. The learners realize that they are separate from their parents (Zero to Three, 2016). The separation causes them to find different ways of portraying their likes to their peers and the people around them. I have also realized that they lack self-control. The children even start experiencing pride, shame, and guilt. Therefore, this makes it very important to study their behavior and come up with practical solutions.
