The options are the Cold War, the Civil Rights Era, or the Vietnam War based on your readings and class discussion. I am less interested in a retelling of the writings. I’m more interested in your opinion on the causes and effects of your choice. Outside research is not required, but suggested. In this paper, what caused the Cold War? Who were some of the key figures? What was the effect of the Cold War on the US? Was the Civil Rights effort a success? Who were some of the key players? How was the US affected? Why did the US enter the Vietnam War? Who were some of the key figures? How was the US affected? AND how did the topic of your choice affect one of the other topics? This part will require a bit more critical thinking, which is what I’m interested in reading.
