Introduction
A management action plan is a detailed scheme outlining actions required to reach one or more goals at an organization. It ensures smooth running of operations at the workplace and efficient service delivery. This is beneficial both to the customer as well as the business as it ensures optimum service to the customer who rewards the business with his/her loyalty. The following paper attempts to create an ideal management action plan.
The tenets of management are organized into four major categories. These functions tie together to produce an efficient tool for management. These components include planning, organization, leadership and controlling, commonly termed as the P-O-L-C framework (Lukovic, 2014). These components combined form an ideal framework for the managerial action plan.
