Students will identify a current human resources event, trend, or workforce challenge affecting hospitality organizations and their human resource practice. Locate a current event, within the last 12 months, from research on your selected topic.  Students will analyze the article and provide a summary of the event or issue, its effect on the organization, and how it could be better managed within the organization. Articles can be from websites, periodicals, magazines, trade journals or other sources.  Students will cite articles using MLA style and complete an analysis and summary in 1 page.
