This assignment is intended to make you think about what you value in an organization and in job. To answer this prompt, you do not need to address every single aspect of an organization (nor do you have the word count to do so). Instead, I would like you to focus on key aspects of an organization that in your opinion, would make up your ideal place to work. Your exam should be in APA style. I expect to see references to organizational websites, the textbook, the literature, whatever will help build your argument.
