History of Donald Trump. This should include his remarks on racism and his ideas about money and bankruptcy

Explain how you think the cost-benefit analysis in terms of legislators being reelected affected efforts to repeal/replace the ACA. Then, explain how analyses of the voters views may affect decisions by legislative leaders in recommending or positioning national policies (e.g., Congress' decisions impacting Medicare or Medicaid). Remember, the number one job of a legislator is to be re-elected.

The legislators’ opinions on ACA depended on the party that they were supporting or rather the parties that supported them for election. When the cost-benefit analysis is taken into consideration, legislators that were allied to Republicans would lose if they did not vote for repealing the act. It was beneficial for these legislators to vote for the replacement of ACA. The only benefit that they would have gotten out of it was being allied with Democratic politicians and the President. For legislators allied to the Democratic party, it was beneficial for them to repel any repealing antics by the Republicans. This would assure them reelection rather than supporting the Republicans who are composed mostly of conservatives. The voter's view affects legislators as well. In areas that are highly conservative, it is imperative for them to position national policies such as ACA in a negative way to their people. This would result in a favorable position in reelection.
