1. It is my second time to find a writer
2. Do not take the order if you do not know how to write an academic paper, otherwise, I will cancel it and it would be a waste of time for both of us.
3. Make sure you go over all the requirements and lecture materials
4. Do not write irrelevant or redundant sentences
5. Follow academic paper rules

Review the growth performance of China

Outline:
1. a chart displaying both the level and growth of GDP per worker (per person employed);
2. organize your discussion around the explanation of this chart;
3. explain what kind of economic reform has been carried out;
4. explain the role of investment;
5. explain the role of human capital accumulation;
6. discuss the role of trade expansion;
7. analyze the role of urbanization.

*You are expected to recapture what is covered in my lectures.
*You also need to expand the substance of your paper with your own research. *You need to consult, at least, three additional academic references, especially journal articles and their equivalent.
*A significant positive factor for demonstrating your knowledge and scholarship would be to annotate your bibliography, summarizing the contents and arguments of the sources you have used for your paper.

*My own notes:
1. I assume that moderate using of lecture materials in this paper is ok
2. All the relevant lecture materials will be provided for your reference
3. I have also summarized key points from each lecture and put them into a single doc file, you may find more info from original lecture files

*My Ideas related to the paper:
1. My thoughts on the structures of this paper: The first paragraph talks about China's economic performance and a thesis statement to divide it into several topics to explain. Then each body paragraph has a topic sentence with relevant evidence supported. Materials from the lecture are ok but I guess you have to refer to the lecture. (Most explanation for the topics can be found in the lecture material: globalization, industrialization, policies, FDI, WTO, etc)
2. I have found a chart of 'GDP per person employed (baseline 2011)' from the world bank. To explain the chart, I think it might be easier to compare with the world average or India, but it is your choice. My thoughts on the economic boom: China joined WTO after 2001, reform policies, etc.
3. You have to do a little more research on the topic of urbanization since it talks little in the lecture material
4. It is an academic economic paper, introduction (thesis)-body paragraph (topics-subtopics with evidence)-conclusion
5. I expect high-quality paper with a clear thesis and strong supporting evidence. One topic for each paragraph is not a bad idea.
6. Main body 4-5 Pages excluding the title page, reference pages, and tables and figures pages, APA style, 12points, double space, at least 3 academic sources, No Plagiarism
