a.    How prevalent is the unethical issue/behavior? This is a very important question to answer---the media often exaggerates controversial events to increase ratings, a practice that results in “moral panic."
4.    Describe at least TWO strategies that have been used and/or are currently being used to address the issue
5.    Discuss the outcomes of these prevention strategies (what is working and what is not)
