In the Experiential Learning Activity, the learner strives to interact with professionals of high profile and engages him or her concerning the issues and challenges that he or she comes across in the day to day activities. This experiential learning activity interacts with Robert Mullen. It begins with a biography about Robert who is the present Dean of Students at the University. The activity later proceeds to in highlighting the topics that were discoursed during the relations with Robert Mullen (Nicolazzo, & Marine, 2015).The discussion revolved around the challenges faced by Mr. Mullen as an administrator. Further, the activity digs deep on the comprehensions learned from engaging Mr. Mullen. The paper completes by evaluating the correlation between my course materials and the interview with Robert Mullen.
