As mentioned previously, this week requires students to watch the documentary The 13th,which focuses on the human rights issue of mass incarceration in the U.S.  The film is available through Netflix for online streaming: https://www.netflix.com/title/80091741.  In addition, we will use the Center for Concern's discussion guide for background and for this week's discussion board assignment.  Please see https://www.coc.org/files/Film%20Discussion%20Guide%2013th.pdf.  The discussion board assignment will allow students to choose a question from the prompts offered in this guide.  As customary, we will post our own 250+word response by Friday
