Pick a specific area of international cooperation, or a specific international law that depends on cooperation. 

1.  What does the law or agreement say? What is the agreement or law trying to accomplish?

2.  Is it working?  Describe how we do, or do not, see international cooperation working in this case.  What role do international organizations play?  What are the consequences that we can see?

3.  What is your explanation for why cooperation is, or is not, taking place?  What lessons do we learn from this?
