Expansion will affect the overall company strategy from the management down to marketing. First the expansion will cause the following structural changes: bettering a system of communication, and methods of networking between the head office and the other branch offices (Holenthal, Johanson & Johanson, 2014). This will mean that there will be duplication of duties, which means that there will be need to increase the number of employees from 1000 as there will be need to have manpower to run all the activities in the new setting (Helfat &Martin, 2015). Also, there will be need for retraining of employees who are hired from India in order to understand the vision of Insurance Company.
