With the quest to grant humans universal rights, the different work fields placed the need for each organization to fight for rights in their line of work. Hence human rights which are essentially rights bestowed to the general public differs in expression, weight and exemptions from worker rights. The workplace is inundated with a lot of factors ranging from social, economic and cultural which worker rights, seem to be the only solution in such a diverse environment.
