Apple is a large company based in California that majors in manufacturing, designing, and marketing of mobile communication and other media devices like personal computers, and engages in the selling of a variety of creations ranging from software to accessories. The marketing bit of the company is done through stores and third-party cellular network carriers. Considering the time span grown by the company since 1977 it has developed to offer its services to mid-sized businesses, enterprises, and government customers. Apple is a friendly company that applies feedback from their customers to improve their products. The strategy is key in a business whereby Apple has excelled in its field with a clean and straightforward strategy. First, its uniqueness which is appealing to its customers through design and development of own operating systems, hardware/ software, and services to enhance efficiency in their products. Second, it's a growing company and never stops expanding unveiling different digital content and applications. Lastly, humans come into play in which their salesperson attract and retain customers using their skills. Different regions develop different customer perspective with this; Apple has separate segments (Investopedia, 2016). These segments include Americas, Greater China, Europe, Rest of Asia Pacific, and Japan. Management is done differently in segments to serve their customers in their respective regions better.
