A business plan serves as an entrepreneur’s roadmap to building a successful business. It describes the direction the business is going to take, what its goals are, where it wants to be, and how it plans to get there. Remember it is wiser to make your mistakes on paper rather than spend your limited capital on corrections that could have been avoided. The business is a laundromat.
