#metoo is the hashtag that  was widely spread by actress Alyssa Milano on October 2017 following the sexual misconduct behavior of Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein. This hashtag has been used by social media to tackle sexual assault and harassment, make people be aware of the universality of the problem and encourage victims to share their related experiences.
