A post that offers a substantive understanding of how course materials serve as a foundation for responding to the journal assignment. A journal post that integrates, explores, and applies course reading material in reflections. A journal post that connects and incorporates useful articles, images, and engaging material (Youtube videos, podcasts, links to resources from government human resources related websites to respond to the reflection journal assignment). A journal post that connects a minimum of five (5) to six (6) or more outside resources.
