Idea for my research that i will work in it for 9 months from now is :

Measuring resting membrane potentials from crayfish phasic and tonic abdominal muscles in the opener leg. Then use biochemical (SDS_PAGE gels) and histochemistry to show correlation with fiber types in crayfish ( at opener leg ). After that , I will Measure physiological responses from sensory nerves connected with chemosensors in the opener legs.
