Keep a copy of the medication template you submit in a binder for yourself that should be used as your study guide for exams, and more importantly to build your pharmacology portfolio. This pharmacology portfolio (binder filled with completed medication templates) will be a valuable resource for you in the clinical setting and when you review for the "NCLEX board exam" upon graduation. This is your pharmacology portfolio, and I suggest you add a completed medication template for every medication you give in the clinical setting . For this class, I will grade the medication template(s) assigned weekly, and as per your syllabus, it is worth 10% of your grade.
