Introduction

The Divine Command theory is one that postulates that an action’s capacity to be deemed as morally good has to be equivalent to whether God has commanded it. While this is the position held by many religious factions, it was also argued that this stance is not true. Therefore, this paper seeks to reconstruct the argument against the Divine Command theory and ethical egoism.
