Equality in an Engineering Class  

            Promotion of inclusivity within the engineering class is through the leader to appreciate the role of all the genders. Within the engineering class, it is evident that there is disproportionate numbers between men and women. Hence, as the professor, the team working process should be based on adopting initiatives to ensuring learners from across the gender divide achieve their potential. Consequently, this paper will evaluate the initiatives towards promotion of inclusivity and an enabling learning environment for the students.
