- Project Title and Purpose
- Specification: Better Golf Inc. has identified a problem of lost golf balls as one that has been affecting an otherwise lucrative business and leisure activity. This project is, therefore, being launched in a bid to end that problem which has been an inconvenience to both the company and its members.
- Alternatives: When the problem was identified, several solutions were suggested which include; employing more staff to help in the monitoring of balls to avoid losing many of them, having balls with conspicuous colors to assist in spotting them quickly as well as installing a GPS technology that will help to track the balls.
