School Improvement Plan

Institutions that are looking forward to improvement plans normally have several strategies for change within the organization and the management can engage several staff in the organization to accomplish good results in the short term (Bird, Dunaway, Hancock, & Wang, 2013) . The school administration plays a key role in developing improved program outcomes through incorporating several constituents who have a broad knowledge on the school mission and share the vision and passion for the success of the students and the entire school. The school can engage different stakeholders in the school such as the parents and the surrounding community in order to sustain an improvement plan.
