We are 4 students who are collaborating with an online newspaper. The company has given us its 100 most read articles/cases. We have divided those 100 articles into 25, 25, 25 and 25 as we are 4 but do not let that frustrate you.

The goal is to analyze the cases that present the findings from our quantitative analysis, in other words, explain what the numbers mean.

My part is to analyze the findings of the rhetorical appeals: ethos, logos and pathos.

The first column is for the 100 articles that have rhetorical appeals in the Headlines and Inputs, such as the titles.

The second column is for the usage of the appeals in the Main Text of the articles.

Both columns have the same rhetorical appeals:
1 Ethos - builds credibility?
2 Logos - presents facts / actions?
3 Pathos - Playing on Emotions?
4 Ethos, Logos
5 Logos, Pathos
6 Ethos, Pathos
7 All three appeal forms

Do not let the 25 cases frustrate you, we divided those this way because we are 4. What matters is the SUM/FINDINGS of the 100 articles.

I have attached my friend's work: Journalistic quantitative analysis of the findings, while I have the: Rhetorical appeals analysis of the findings.

I attached my friend's work as an example of what you have to do so won't get confused.

What you have to do is something similar to what my friend did.
