Also as what said in the role play assignment overview, you need to write something related to the black white racism, and I attached some of our class reading if you think they are useful.

For my role play video, the main idea was to be a proper social worker for the client, but I focus more on help him find a job( which i'm not sure if our institution horizontal agency does this or not.). What I should do is find out what he feels about lost his job, he mentioned several times of discrimination but I ignored it, he mentioned it at the end of video but i don't have enough time to manage it. I keep asking unrelated question but I also asked some proper social worker's question, I listened well and try to ask open questions. Just evaluate it as what you think I was doing.
