What strengths do you have as this kind of leader?

From the assessment, I realized that being a good communicator is one of my biggest strengths. I can work and interact with different people and understand that every person I interact with has distinct ideas and perspectives. Good communication skills enable me to inform the group members what is expected of them clarify my perspectives and ideas to the group members and define responsibilities for every member.  The communication skills enable me to communicate actively with the members and disclose thoughts and feelings in a non –offensive manner.
