My Hurdles Give Meaning to My Life

‘Don’t go through life, grow through life’ by Erick Butterworth is my favorite quote as it reminds me of my odyssey and how I plan to sail my ‘life ship.’ My story starts with living in four different states; New York, Colorado, Florida and California which disrupted my life in similar aspects. It is funny how one moment everything is bliss then the next everything comes crumbling down like a house of cards. It all started with my father losing his job that sent us (my family) refuge to a friend’s place where we would sleep on the floor.
