Great employees want to learn article in the Harvard Business Review postulates that most employees prefer to work with those managers who will challenge them to be better in their careers. This is because, by nature, employees want to learn from the best.   The author further posits that there are three characteristics which managers ought to have. For instance, they need to learn how to communicate their goals, skill building, and the creation of growth opportunities.
