Gulavani and Shinde (2014) further explain that supervision and workload are the leading causes of stress in nurses. Therefore special measures should be in place to reduce conflict with supervisors in the workplace. Nurses should also get training on how to solve conflicts and manage stress because such things may not be entirely avoided in work settings.
